Ireland has 9 athletes in action tomorrow in 4 different sports
17:50 Rowing-Men's Coxless Four
Ireland's heavyweight four will race in tomorrow's 'B' final after finishing sixth in today's semi-final. The crew will look to end their Olympics with a win. Considering this Irish crew, under the tutelage of Harald Jahrling, has only been together for the guts of a year and their average age is 28, they could yet become a feature at major championships in the years ahead.
20:21 Swimming-Women's 200 Backstroke heat 2
Melanie Nocher will compete in her second of two events today and she will be looking to make up for her disastrous first race in what is her preferred event. Nocher is a high hope for success in London 2012 and she will be gaining some invaluable experience from this Olympics.
15:15 Boxing-Men's Light Heavy Round of 16
Irish captain Kenny Egan will be fighting Bahran Muzaffer from Turkey. Bahran claims to be the best fighter in the division and Egan will be confident of keeping him quiet tomorrow. Despite Bahran's self confidence, Egan should win this fight.
20:00 Boxing-Men's Light Welter Round of 16
John Joe Joyce faces a tough task to overcome Felix Diaz of the Dominican Republic but after his sensational victory in round one he will be confident of beating anyone in the division.
In Sailing, Ciara Peelo and Tim Goodbody are in action. Neither are in contention for a medal but with Ciara Peelo's Laser radial class still in early days, perhaps the flag bearer will get into contention for a place in the final medal race.
What else is on?
The US Men's Basketball team are back in action and at last they may have a tough game against Greece, the only team to defeat the Americans since the 2004 Olympics.
The Greeks ran their pick-and-roll attack to perfection to defeat the US 101-95 in the semi-finals of the 2006 World Championship in Japan and the team, trying to reclaim US supremacy in the sport, has ached for a rematch. NBA scoring champion LeBron James, Miami playmaker Dwyane Wade, New Orleans star Chris Paul, Toronto's Chris Bosh and Anthony were among those on the US squad that was beaten by Greece and are hungry for payback.
In Gymnastics, the Men's individual all round final is on early tomorrow. The Gymnastics has been brilliant so far and this one is bound to be full of quality. The Table Tennis team event is also on tomorrow. It's not exactly the most popular Olympic sport in general but the arena will be full because the Chinese love their table tennis, there must be something exciting about it if so many people over there love it.
